Billy Freeman was the kind of man who made life brighter for everyone around him. Born and raised on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, he grew up with a love for the ocean, footy, golf, good mates, and an easy laugh that could fill a room. Later, he found peace and happiness in Chain Valley Bay, surrounded by family, friends, and the view he loved most — the lake.
